I’m going to be updating the sitevery often in the upcoming months.

There are lots of new and exciting things going on in my world right now.

Firstly with my new Online Bass Academy which is in the filming stages.

I have developed and written out literally hundreds of lessons for you.

I’m constantly being emailed questions about what and how I practice, how I get my sound how I heal my self from strain injuries so I thought it was time to start this Academy.

All the lessons are based on everything I practice and apply in to my writing and playing.

All of my experience and things I have learned on my travels.

Not just music but in mind too. A musicians mind can sometimes be filled with negative land mines and can really stub our growth and spirit.

Some of the subjects we will be studying include Technique, Harmony, Fingerboard Study, Soloing Concepts, Melodic Development, Ear Training etc… I have also written a beginner to intermediate course in which I explain all the benefits of stretching and warming up which include all the stretches I do to prevent these nasty injuries.

I explain all my equipment, my effects my new Fodera signature model and all the different tools a bassist should have.

I demonstrate all my effects and how I create my sound. Also I talk about basic harmony and how to use different scales to write melodies and bass lines.

There is a section on different styles along with over 50 amazing examples and playalong grooves for you to join in.

For these tracks the fantastic musicians, David Throckmorton, Drums and Chris Parker, Guitar, accompany me.

There are also 2 new CDs in the works one of which will be guitar trios which some very special guests and another full band CD which I’m writing for right now.
